60-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Underdog Glasses. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, you may return your item within 60 days of the original purchase date for a refund or exchange.

How to Return Your Item

Eligibility

Returns must be initiated within 60 days of the original purchase date.

Condition

Items must be returned in good condition with all original packaging and accessories included.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team at jjn@underdogglasses.com to initiate your return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
2. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for returning your item.

Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item.
• Exchanges are available for the same product or a different style, subject to availability.

Important Notes

• Returns received outside of the 60-day return window will not be accepted.
• Items returned in damaged or heavily used condition may not be eligible for a refund.
